Returns & Refunds Policy

**1. Returns Policy:**  
- Agar aapko product damaged, defective, ya wrong item receive ho, to aap 7 days ke andar return request submit kar sakte hain.  
- Product ko original packaging me, saath hi saath receipt / invoice ke saath return karein.  
- Personalized ya perishable items returns ke liye eligible nahi hote.

**2. Refund Policy:**  
- Approved return ke baad refund original payment method me process kiya jata hai.  
- Refund process 3–7 business days me complete hoti hai, payment method ke hisaab se.  
- Shipping charges (agar applicable ho) refund me include nahi hote, unless product damaged ho.

**3. Exchange Policy:**  
- Damaged ya wrong item receive hone par exchange possible hai.  
- Customer support se contact karein aur replacement instructions follow karein.
